poor isolationinconsistent temperature
The noise isolation was shockingly poor. i could hear every conversation and movement from adjacent rooms. It made restful sleep nearly impossible. additionally, the in-room temperature controls were inconsistent. despite adjusting the thermostat repeatedly, the room remained uncomfortably warm was good. a five-star hotel should guarantee basic comforts, and this hotel failed to deliver.
