poor isolation inconsistent temperature
The noise isolation was shockingly poor. i could hear every conversation and movement from adjacent rooms. It made restful sleep nearly impossible. additionally, the in-room temperature controls were inconsistent. despite adjusting the thermostat repeatedly, the room remained uncomfortably warm was good. a five-star hotel should guarantee basic comforts, and this hotel failed to deliver.

slipping risk unsafe shower
the breakfast location was decent.
the shower felt unsafe. there was nothing to hold onto, which i did not appreciate.
